Refund Policy
The Retainer fees paid in the first instalment will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. The Consultant will not refund any of the total fees and shall be entitled to full payment if :
- Once the Fee Agreement is signed by the Client, he/she does not wish to proceed any further to get his/her case filed for any reason whatsoever.
- The Client does not cooperate in filing the case with the Visa Office within 60 days of signing the Fee Agreement.
- The case is withdrawn by the Client at any stage.
- The Client does not cooperate in the finalization of the case.
- The Client does not acquire information, knowledge, education and skills as per the advice or instructions of the Consultant in regards to successfully clearing the immigration process.
- The Client does not have proficiency in either English or French language and does not attain the required credentials.
- The Client proceeds for interview without preparation and without acknowledging or adhering to the advice of the Consultant.
- The case gets rejected after the Client corresponds or communicated directly with the Visa Office, Employer (if applicable), and/or relevant government agency without written consent from the Consultant.
